The Activity app shows you the heart rate data for the past day, week, month, or year, and it has a graph showing your progress. You can see the peak and valley of your heart rate and your average and maximum heart rates.

You can also see a trend line that shows your heart rate throughout the day.

Calendar

The Calendar app is used to set up and manage your activities. If you want to add an event, you can just click the “plus” button on the bottom-left corner. You can set a due date and a reminder to remind you about the event. You can also sync your events with other devices such as your phone and watch.

Notifications

The Notifications app lets you know when you receive a message or a, calla texmessage. You can tap the name of the notification to open the message.

Siri

You can use Siri to set a timer, look up directions, and even send messages. When you ask Siri something, it will first show a list of suggestions, and you can select one by tapping on the word you want to search for. You can use Siri to control your music by setting a timer, skipping tracks, and playing, pausing, and stopping songs.

You can also use Siri to check the weather or find the nearest coffee shop.

Siri has a limited number of commands and cannot do many things that a native app can. For example, you can’t use Siri to look at a map or get driving directions.
