Oz Lotto offers Aussies the chance to kickstart May as a millionaire with a $15 million jackpot up for grabs.

This year it’s the second time an Oz Lotto $15 million division one prize has been offered.

In March, the last time that amount was on the table, it wasn’t won, sending the jackpot higher for the following week.

The Lott’s Matt Hart said the Oz Lotto jackpot was once again on the rise.

“We recently asked Aussie lottery players the minimum amount they would need to win to realize their dreams. Just over a third of respondents said $1 million would do the trick, while about another third said they’d need at least $5 million, while the rest said they’d need $10 million or more,” he said.

“It’s fair to say a $15 Million Oz Lotto prize would be welcomed by the vast majority of Aussies and would set them up nicely for the rest of the year – and the rest of their lives.”

The winning numbers are: 38, 2, 34, 8, 20, 18, 15

Supps: 6, 37

So far this year, there have been 12 Oz Lotto division one winners – including a syndicate of 10 happy multi-millionaires from Humpty Doo in the Northern Territory who shared a $35 million prize.

The last time a $15 Million Oz Lotto prize was won was in May 2020 by a Parramatta man. Adding to his surprise, the intense level of entries into that draw bolstered his final award to $16.9 million.

“That’s almost $17 million. It’s unbelievable,” the stunned man said at the time. “I checked my ticket at the newsagency this morning, and I was told they couldn’t pay out the prize. That’s when we realized I was last night’s winner. I went blank. I couldn’t think at all. It’s a blessing from the heavens above.

“I’ve been playing Oz Lotto for a very long time, marking the same numbers week after week. I never thought I would win a prize this big.”

In 2020, there was 24 division one winning Oz Lotto entries across Australia, collectively winning more than $234 million.
