Two lucky winners have split the $10 million first prize after weeks of no one winning division one.
Tuesday night’s draw saw not one, but two people become new multi-millionaires, each taking home $5 million.
The lucky numbers were 43, 4, 39, 35, 44, 1, 30, and the supplementary were 11 and 38. Previously, there were nine Oz Lotto division winners in 2021; they have won more than $146 million in prize money.
A Victorian woman won $5.6 million in Oz Lotto prize money on May 18.
The Endeavour Hills woman said she had been having a tough time and the lottery win was the first piece of good news she’d had in a while.
“Oh my god, oh my god, I am so sorry. I can’t stop crying,” she told The Lott.
